Totally agree Trevor. Being in the moment is key to success on both ends.

At least a few times per week I find I really need to make the effort to "be" in the moment - especially with my kids. There is always email/facebook/twitter to keep up with and something good on the PVR and blogs to read and functions to attend and (obviously) work to do. But if I'm not careful I can go weeks thinking only about what is next... without ever living in the moment.

Crazy me - I thought that owning my own business would help me with this so called 'balance'.

It's kind of tough when you love your job - not as easy to throw it to the side and focus on the other stuff.

I'm confident that sanity will surface in your life soon enough!

The best advice I can give you (coming from a mama of twins + 1...) get that closer relationship back with your wife :O) When your babies have grown and left the nest, it will just be the two of you - and if you don't have 'that' .. well then is the rest worth it? ... hang in there!
