The Candy Man

We have been working away on a new name, brand and logo for a client that imports quality goods from Peru. It took about three weeks to imagine then build, but the product is amazing. I am very proud of my team for all their hard work on this project. When everyone at kitestring works together magic happens. And that is why I love my job.

Our client was thrilled with the end result also and is very excited to launch this new brand. As are we. (But you’ll have to wait ’till we are finished with the online communications to see it. Hold tight.) He was so thrilled with what kitestring created that he brought in this big basket of candy for us today as a thank you. He knows how much we love the candy. This totally made our Friday.

When it comes to your brand, something as small as a ‘thank you’ card or a big basket of candy helps to articulate your commitment to your client. I say it all the time. A brand is not a logo. It’s the experience you provide to your client or customer. The way you answer your phone, sign off on an email or conduct yourself in pubic places. It leaves a lasting impression in peoples minds. If you work on your brand enough, when someone thinks of your company, they’ll remember that big basket of candy.
