Labeling a great brand

kitestring recently had the pleasure of working with all the lovely people at Mabel’s Labels on a facebook fan page. Check it out below!
Working with such an enthusiastic and passionate group of professionals who know their brand like the back of their hand makes my job not only easier, but more fun. I love when we get a client can immediately shoot over their logo guidlines, brand standards, logo file formats and images when we begin a project together. I have worked with only a few companies in Hamilton who know how to effectively communicate their brand promise. All these companies are succseful in my opinion, partially because they know exactly who they are and where they are going.
When you have a strong brand, everything just follows suit. Imagine a puzzle. When you have the complete border of a puzzle in place, the centre works itself out. Starting from the middle and working out is doable, but you’ll be puzzeling a lot longer. I guarantee. It also helps to have a vision of what the finished puzzel looks like.
If you are a business owner in Hamilton, I strongly recommend checking Mabels Label’s out for yourself if you haven’t done so yet. Not only do they know how to label, they are the queens of puzzling.

Hi Kitestring!
A great post. We’re all about strong branding at Mabel’s Labels and working with dynamic local companies such as Kitestring.
Having a good sense of corporate identity, including logo usage, typeface, colours and over all style makes communicating with designers and firms a lot easier in the long run.
I suggest every Hamilton business, no matter how big or small, spend sometime on a corporate identity guide.

I agree! It’s an upfront investment, but it pays off in the end, as you know. Many Hamilton businesses spend all their time working in their business, and not enough time working on their business. They are equally important.
“Know thyself”. I think that’s Greek. But it’s true.
